How I work
Most of my projects start with a mess. A rebrand that's stalled, a web presence that doesn't match the product, a campaign strategy that lives in a deck and nowhere else. I come in at the level where those problems actually live: strategic enough to reframe them, hands-on enough to fix them.
I've led cross-functional teams at a global biotech company, built brand systems from scratch for a DTC trades education brand, and overhauled multichannel campaigns for a regional health club chain. The through line is the same: figure out what the work needs to be, build it, and make sure it holds when I hand it off.
